English-speaking pediatricians in Hamburg

Hi, We are moving to Rotherbaum with our 2 kids (2 years & 4 months) next weekend and I need an English speaking pediatrician ASAP. Can anyone recommend someone?

Also -do you recommend us getting a private insurance or are we just fine with the regular one?

Also, I don't think private insurance is necessary for child care. We have regular insurance and have never paid out of pocket for any of our son's healthcare.

Hi Jag, better late than never...
The thing with private insurance is that (depending on their packages) you get a wider coverage but you rarely use that extra coverage anyway. It would make a difference however if say, you had a kid with some kind of health problem that required special and/or regular care. It really all comes down to what you want/need, most people do just fine with a normal goverment-based insurance which by the way is good enough to see any doctor anytime.
