Hi there all
I moved to Nürnberg in September and am finding it a little hard to settle in here. I come from Auckland, New Zealand and would love to meet anyone from closer to home. Any other New Zealanders or Australians living in Nuremberg who would like to meet up?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Lonestar20
I am an Australian but not able to get out for meetups much these days. I have been here 4 years and I have only bumped into a few fellow Aussies over the years. Try linking up with some of the others on here. I must admit that since moving out to the burbs I have not been involved much.

Hi Balk,
Thanks for your reply. I do hope to meet the others from here but things always happen to fall on Wednesdays (Adventures in Eating Out night.) I have a friend here in Nuremberg from Melbourne but she has had to go back due to unforeseen circumstances. Where about in Oz are you from?
I'm sure your busy but if ever you get the chance please do send me a message.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Guys!!!
Well...sorry to disappoint you, but I am "only" french... Still, 2 years ago, I spent a semester in Perth (WA) and simply fell in love with the country, the culture and the language! Why not meeting up for a beer? I know there is no VB and no Toohey's New around here but local beers are also not bad. Just let me know if you're interested!
Cheers, David

Hey guys:
I'm an American, but I absolutely love Aussie Rules football-- if anybody is keen to catch a footy game at a pub (I believe the Eurosport 2 network carried footy games last season), I would totally be down for that. I also know there is an amateur footy squad in Munich, comprised almost exclusively of Aussies (URL below), and their matches against similar teams from around Germany begin in May. I plan on going down to Munich to see some of those games as well (with several local rugby fans), so if anybody is interested, please drop me a line, and we'll stay in touch.

Hi there David, Rossi and Grackle,
How are you? Have a good weekend? Thank you very much for replying. I would love to meet up. Its nice to know there are people from closer to home. How does meeting at a pub for a drink on Thursday sound? All very new to me meeting people met over the net so send me a private message back and we can go from there.
Come on you, kiwis! Surely Im not the only one from New Zealand here in Nuremberg!?
Cheers,
Natalie

Hey guys
I'm a kiwi living in Freiberg am Neckar (near Ludwigsburg - 30 mins north of Stuttgart).
Just to let you know you're not alone! I know how tough it is to leave all your mates & family behind and travel here. I'm fortunate enough to have family here, but still suffer for not having the lads & ladies about to enjoy a few beers & barbie with!
Mike
