The movie, Million Dollar Baby, is one of those great movies that I can only watch once - too sad of an ending. No tears, but close.

Schindler's List. Dead Poets' Society.
Million Dollar Baby.
Those are definitely all on my list. My most embarrassing one that I hate to admit, but had me sobbing loudly was "The Notebook". I blame HBO. How dare they spring movies like that on you without proper warning.
Also once woke up to find my husband in tears watching "The river runs through it". Hilarious, but quite endearing.

Can think of one right now:
The Bridges of Madison County - broke my heart at the end .
And Clint Eastwood keeps surprising me one after another , who would have thought that this Wild wild west cowboy infact had so much depth in himself...

Rouge - seeing the poster starts me off
But I cried at
The Waterhorse, *blush*.
The Flying Scotsman is certainly a big weepie - it's got Scottish nationalism (no capital), ill-health, tragedy, glory, triumph over adversity and an evil German in it, what's not to like?

forget films, the book Boese Schafe by Katja Lange-Muller is tragic, brilliantly told story of the slow death of a main character, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to get a bit weepy-eyed. Even when I start to tell people the story i feel like crying

My roommate was in that movie but her scene got cut ( she was in a larger scene where all the robots were dumped). I was like be happy that movie was crap, which just redirected her anger toward me.

That film was on TV a few weeks ago, bawled my eyes out too and swore at the TV in anger and frustration quite frequently (well, at those people who wouldn't help him get to the dogs).

Only time I've ever seen my dad cry is watching that.
And if anyone has the 2008 one, can I borrow it. Not finding it on bittorrent (probably as people too ashamed).

It'd likely get to me too. But the reality of polar expeditions with sled-dogs is much harsher than that,
at least historically.

There is an "ancient" movie from 1978 that I first saw on tv when it was already very old. I think it's age is now probably really showing, but not having seen it for ages I couldn't judge . Called "Same Time Next Year" with Ellen Burstyn and Alan Alda. I remember that I needed a whole bunch of tissues for that.
