TT Oktoberfest party in the Schottenhamel tent

Happy New Year, it's the time of joy and change and of planning nine months ahead without buying a bassinet. After the huge success last year I am aiming for 100 seats this year, the Hofbräu tent has already been contacted.

There will be some changes to last year based on negative experiences:

• You may only reserve for up to 4 (four) people (i.e. you +3)

• I will call for a down-payment in May, if you miss the deadline you are off the list
  
• There will be a small admin fee (maxmimum €2) per reservation (i.e. not per person) to cover telephone, fax, utility and bank expenses

Don't bother with a list, please. I've got my spreadsheet up and running, and comparing that with all its info (name, total costs, date paid) with a sign-up sheet is a royal pain once you have more than 20 attendees.
