I sent out a PM yesterday asking for any changes to your status. One important request: When you realize that you can't make it please notify me before passing on your seats! Even though you may know somebody who is eager to attend and didn't sign up in time or at all: There are others who signed up months ago and are very patiently sitting on the waiting list based on the order of their appearance on this thread; they have first dibs on any available seats.

Ok, let's get down to the nitty-gritty: Our reservation is from 11am through 4pm at the Schottenhamel in the Galerie, which I think is the bit across the narrow side of the tent where the main entrance is - I've never had tables there before so I'm not sure. As there are so many of us I propose meeting up at 10.30am at the REAR end of the tent, between the tent and the Red Cross station. Anyone savvy enough in the art of living in Munich can go straight to the floor chart and look up where the tables are, but you'll have to wait for your vouchers until I get there with the out-of-towners.

The Schottenhamel tent is number 5 on the map. BEWARE: There are a couple of reservations for Whitney-Events on that day, go for the big one.

If you need my cell phone number please PM me. I'll go through my list and see who still hasn't given me his/hers, this could be important.

I'm not a huge beer drinker, can we swap the beer tickets at the bar for gin and tonics?

I would also like to shoot some photos to practice drawing them a few days later . I will only photograph those who are willing to be photographed.

I have had a mass cancellation, so after taking care of the waiting list (munichjoe, DVT and marion123) I should have three seats up for grabs.
