I would like to bring my usual +1 (you know who I'm talking about Sara), but I haven't add her to the list as it is now. What would be the appropriate procedure as part of the ongoing organisation? Waiting list?

Considering that you are down with +3 I don't think that you have to worry. Or are you giving back 2 seats?

i am a bit confused, i thought there was a max of +1 we could add due to difficulties in getting seats at any of the tents? lots of people are bringing +3 and hogging up all the space, which fair enough, first come first serve, but this ain't really a TT event anymore is it?

btw, i didn't add anyone just cause i thought there wouldn't be enough space. in essence, i've sacrificed my +1 and a real bavarian to boot to make room for us TTers.
