Whitney-Events has been cooperating with various tents at the Oktoberfest since 2006 and is dedicated to taking the hassle out of your visit to this world-famous beer festival.

Thanks to the owner’s good connections to the tent managers, Whitney-Events is generally able to reserve tables for groups of anywhere from six, eight or ten to up to fifty people, purchase the beer and food vouchers and provide you and your guests with seating in most of the major tents. As soon as the tents begin processing reservations early in the year, your request including date, time and number of guests is forwarded to the tent of your choice and two back-up choices.

Due to the huge amount of requests received every year by the various tents, it is advisable to plan early. Since 2006, Whitney-Events was able to place app. 1500 satisfied customers in such large tents as the boisterous Hofbräu, the traditional Schottenhamel and the trendy Hippodrom, just to name a few, as well as the three smaller, more intimate Ammer, Hochreiter and Wildmoser tents.

***NEW*** Seating tickets are available for the parade on opening day with the decorated beer coaches carrying the waitresses and for the world-famous Traditional Costumes and Marksmen's Parade on the first Sunday. First come, first serve, the availability is limited! Costs app. €30 per seat.

The fees are modest; payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

Please note: The re-sale of any table reservations and vouchers purchased through Whitney-Events on such auction platforms as eBay and others is not permitted. The reservation will become invalid; the customer does not have the right to claim damages or compensation and may be liable to criminal charges!

***Business closed for the 2009 Oktoberfest as of 1 September 2009***

I have been contacted by the Hofbräu management. Effective immediately, they are not accepting reservation requests from commercial entities.

They are also not accepting large reservations, even from companies and clubs, in an attempt to make the Fest more accessible. There has been pressure from the tourist office and Hofbräu has made the most radical decision possible. The management confirmed explicitly that this refusal is not based on my performance.

This means that I can no longer include Hofbräu in my clients' reservation requets. I beg pardon for any inconvenience this may cause.

I hope that this does not go on to effect other tents . Crossing fingers my wished reservations work out with your company.

I have a real treat up for grabs: 18 (or 2x9) people on Sunday 4 October, 6pm through closing in the Wildmoser tent. Please PM me, first come, first serve.

As the beer prices have not been announced I cannot give a fixed price per person, two years ago it was €36, covering 2 beers (Hacker-Pschorr) and 1/2 roast duck.
Whitney-Events
The tables are taken.

Due to duplicate reservations I can offer the following dates:

Ammer
[s]Sunday 20 September 7pm - 11:30pm (late closing!) 7 ppl. €460 plus fees[/s]
[s]Monday 28 September 7pm through 11:30pm 9 ppl. (10 if everyone scooches up a little) €590 plus fees[/s]
and a biggie: [s]Monday 28 September 7pm through closing 36 ppl. - this can be broken down into 4x9 ppl. - app. €585 per table plus fees[/s]
I can only hold these until Friday of this week, i.e. 13th February, please contact me asap.

Wildmoser
another biggie: [s]Monday 21 September 6pm through 10:30pm [s]36 ppl.[/s] 18ppl.[/s] - this can be broken down into 2x9 ppl. - price per table not yet announced, in 2007 it was €36 per person, plus fees

So if your company doesn't have its regular table in one of the big tents, give the smaller ones a try. Convince HR and/or the boss that they won't regret it! Read up on the Wildmoser review linked two posts ago, take a look at the gallery. Ammer is similar, just because it doesn't have a review doesn't mean it doesn't rock!

P.S. Ammer taps its Augustiner fresh from wooden kegs!
Whitney-Events
18 seats in Wildmoser are confirmed, 18 or 2x9 are left.

One more Ammer reservation has become available due to relocation:

[s]Monday 21 September 7pm through 11:30pm 9 ppl. (10 if everyone scooches up a little) €590 plus fees[/s]
Mostly Harmless
I understand that you're running a business here, and I appreciate that contacts and organisation are often required, but surely that's quite a markup for Monday night tickets. It's no wonder the tents are looking for new ways to distribute their tickets.
Whitney-Events
I am afraid that you are under a misapprehension:

- There is no markup, the table price is the original price asked by the tent.
- The tent owner has not requested me to distribute the "tickets", I requested the reservations for clients who no longer need them for whatever reason (duplicate bookings, no longer located in Munich, etc.)

Hi,
just wanted to say have you the confirmation for the tables all night in the Ammer tent? If not make sure you get it has they have a habit of letting you stay one or two hours and then say the tables are reserved for later guests.Wouldn't want tt complaining now would we!...We all know the first person they would attack is you. ( People soon forget all the work and hours you put in when things dont go right to plan)
Whitney-Events
Thanks for the input, mm. The invoice here in front of me says 19-23.30h, no doubt about it. Notice the "23.30h" bit, the other tents close at 22.30h!
Whitney-Events
The Ammer Sunday evening reservation is gone.
The two Monday ones are still availble, please contact me if you're interested. The other 18 seats at Wildmoser are still available as well.
BigEnglish2009
Do you have anything for the evening session on Sat. 26th?
Whitney-Events
I'm waiting for responses from a couple of tents, there might be a spare set or two. Saturday evening reservations are scarcer than hens' teeth, though.
