More duplicate reservations have become available:

[s]New: Armbrustschützenzelt Sunday 04.10.09, 12 - 5 pm, 10 ppl., costs per person app. €28 plus my fees. Large tent, great atmosphere, not as rowdy as Hofbräu, better beer (Paulaner).[/s]

Käfer Sunday 20 September 2009, 3:30 - 6:45 pm, 12 ppl @ €40 per person plus fees. This is not inside the tent but outside in the covered area.
[s]This is still available. [/s]
Take a look at the food you get there!

[s]Käfer and [s]Armbrustschützenzelt[/s] are still available, see above.[/s]
Two more spares:
[s]Sunday 20 September, 12pm - 5pm, 10 ppl @ Schützenfestzelt (Löwenbräu beer)[/s]
[s]Sunday 4 October, 12pm - 4:30pm, 10 ppl @ Schützenfestzelt (reserved pending confirmation)[/s]
Schützenfestzelt includes an additional snack platter and an extra €10 voucher that can be used for food or beer, the price per person including the above vouchers is app. €40.
According to fresh information, Armbrustschützenzelt should be app. €30 per person, 2 beer and 1 food voucher and a snack platter.

P.S. This snack platter thing seems to be the new black, several tents are including them in a box or gallery reservation. I suppose that they are nanny-tenting their clients into eating something to help the booze settle more easily and to prolong drinking time and extend drinking volume.

Only 97 reservation days left until the Oktoberfest!

Armbrustschützenzelt is taken.
Schützenfestzelt is reserved pending confirmation.

FYI, Hippodrom is still available Monday through Wednesday/conditionally Thursday 12 - 3pm and 3.30 - 6.30pm - for those who can take off from work early but need a good night's sleep.

Let's see how long this lasts:

First PM first serve!

There is a group of eight of us coming to Oktoberfest. We don't mind getting a table for 10, but we wanted to sit in the Schottenhamel Tent Sunday night or Monday afternoon (either or) or in the Winzerer Faehndl tent on Sunday night or Monday afternoon (the 20th and 21st).

I tried to do reservations via their websites, but the Schottenhamel's terms and conditions are really confusing. They don't take credit cards, but you have to pay two weeks in advance, and we will not be in Munich by that time. Could you provide any help?

Thanks!

Another cancellation, and this is a daisy:

Up to 4 tables à 6 ppl at Wildmoser tent on Tuesday 22 September 6pm through closing time, app. €38 per person (with a duck voucher instead of chicken!) plus my fees

And one spare:

Schützenfestzelt Sunday 27 September, 10 ppl, 12pm - 5pm, app. €30 per person (two beer vouchers, one food voucher, Bavarian snack platter) plus my fees

When there are spots available are you requiring a purchase for the entire table or can we purchase a portion of the table? Like 4 of the 10?
Whitney-Events
[s]Wildmoser is reserved pending the boss-man's approval.[/s]
@ BayouBengal:
No. You should not have a problem getting into one of the tents on a Sunday evening if there's only two of you.
March up to the main or side entrance (if they don't have the signs up "Wegen Überfüllung geschlossen"), go inside and ask politely if you can join a party already at a table in the non-reserved section ("Ist hier Platz für zwei?"). Or just show two fingers and point at the table.
You'll be surprised how quickly you'll make new friends.
Evening reservations of any kind are no longer available. Four patient people should be able to access one of the tents, use the side or rear entrances (but not those marked Reservierungen), look cute, sober and fun-loving. Cleavage on the ladies is never amiss.
@ Moody - Replace "two" with "four" throughout. Even on a Saturday, this can work.
Or try the Oktoberfest table exchange thread. Or reserve a whole table and offer your free seats on the exchange thread. Generally, four patient people can make it at least into the beergarden.

The Käfer reservation is gone, some guys in Texas thought they'd start looking for Oktoberfest reservations early. Hah!
Whitney-Events
The Texans got it all mixed up. The following reservations are still available:

[s]Käfer Sunday 20 September 2009, 3:30 - 6:45 pm, 12 ppl @ €40 per person plus fees. This is not inside the tent but outside in the covered area.
3 tables à 6 ppl at Wildmoser tent on Tuesday 22 September 6pm through closing time, €35.40 per person (with a duck voucher instead of chicken!) plus my fees[/s]
Evening reservations are no longer available, this might be your only chance!

The table cried Mary.
