This is the website of the Lohnsteurhilfe Bayern e.V. You would need to put in your postcode to find the nearest ones and then call and ask if they could help you in English. We were given this site to find a tax adviser - very reasonable and the guy saved us more than we woud have been able to claim, so it was worth it for us. This is for tax advisers, not sure about "accountants" as such. The title mentions both.

My business offers Interim Management in the areas of Controlling, Finance and Accounting, in case it is an accountant you are looking for, and not a Steuerberater, a German tax advisor, who focusses specifically on preparing tax returns for those resident in Germany for tax purposes.

Can you also advise on tax liability if a person doesn't live in Germany but receives a tiny German pension? My husband still works and lives outside the EU. He visits Germany every 4 years.
I'm here for approx. 4 months/year?
All my attempts to get a reliable answer and in English to this question so far failed?
