Language exchange meet up in the Kreuzberg area - Berlin

Hello everybody I've been thinking for a wile about starting another meet up on a Tuesday Night
but this meet up will be for English/German language sort of exchange focus
I don't mind organising the meet up as I know off a few bars around here who would be willing to host us all on a Tuesday night
so who's interested in come along and your thoughts on this please

It will be in the Kreuzberg area as I'm to lazy to travel far from my bed when I've had a few drinks

So we had a few lookers at the thread but no replies yet
come on there must be more off you out there willing to practise your German speacking skill
as I know I need too

hmmm ive spoken virually no conversational german since arriving here so maybe wouldnt be a bad idea...

neither have I so that would be great to start up maybe next Tuesday
who else would be interested for 4th Nov

Well as with all starting of meet ups the only way to start one is just to call a time and place and to go for it
So with over a 100 views I think there is some interest here in Kreuzberg
also I have contacted around 10 German speakers who are interested in coming along so it should make an interesting night

now I just have to confirm it with the Bar owner I have in mind off where I am hosting it and see you all next Tuesday

anyone else coming along as I have a lot off German speakers also interested in turning up as I think this might be a good way also off meeting local Berliners like what people are asking in this thread Meeting local people is so hard in Berlin

Do you know how is the smoke situation at Bohnengold? I do not know the place. Me and my mate Ben (Spain and US) ould love to join the meeting, but we have a bit of a problem with the cigarrette smoke.

Yes it has no smoking in the front off the Bar where we will most likely be sat
but you can smoke out in the back rooms if you wish

Thanks! We are non-smokers, so everything is good if you guys sit in the non-smoking area. We will probably join you tomorrow tonight then. We are not so new in Berlin, but new to Toytown.

Please count me in! It is a great idea to set up a place for language exchange. Especially for me it is a perfect timing since I just started taking a German course today. I live in Kreuzberg so the meeting point is also perfect for me. See you tomorrow.

yep will be well after 10.00pm as I'm pretty sure with all the reposes I've had to my advertisement for German speakers
it has not stopped since I placed the add with enquires
so I can say with certainty we will be having at least 15 odd people turning up tomorrow night or maybe more?
