Hello, I already searched for this, and wasn't able to find anything.

I now have three SIM cards lying around at home, and since my Simply card is no longer useful to me and they have access to my bank account, I would like to cancel or return the card. I read in the fine print that there is an amount of Pfand on the card, and there is still 19,34 EUR of credit on it. Is this money returned to my bank account? Does anyone have experience with this?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Specifically with Simply not entirely sure how it works. You should send them the SIM back or they'll charge you the Pfand (€7 or there abouts I think).

Usually if you send the SIM card back to the provider, they should deactivate the card and return any unused credit unless it is the initial credit on the card.

And if in doubt, contact customer care smile.gif

(I believe) Simply are one of the few to demand a deposit. They only actually take this if you don't use the card for more than 3 months, and return it to you if you return the card to them (or start using it again). They don't refund any credit still on the card in line with most other providers.
