Moving to Munich for three months

Hi

I am 30 year old norwegian girl that will move to Munich for 3 months next year and go to DeutschAkademie to try to learn some German. I will live in an apartment near the city center but have no idea what to do when i am not on course. What is the easiest way to get in contact with people from Munich? It is 6 months until i will move but would be great to get in contact with someone before I travel to Munich. I would like to meet people that i can do sports together with ( i run, do aerobics, play football etc), go to cafe, cinema, party and to watch football games together with. I am a big fan of Bayern Munich and that is the reason why I choose Munich as the city to learn German. Have been at Allianz Arena once and would love to go back :-) .

I have tried some international "find friend page" but it looks like there is very few people from Munich there so it is not very successful. since i can't German yet it is difficult to find pages like that in German.

You just found it. Now have a read around, check the many, many entries on the Events & Meetups page and pick something you like. Simple.

Unless by "people from Munich" you actually mean Germans (Bavarian or other).

it doesn't matter if it is German or from other contries as long as they live in Munich/Bavaria area. As long as I am with great people and have fun I am satisfied
