I had a nice surprise in Penny on the way home today. I popped in for some creme fraiche and mushrooms, and saw first of all Pepsi Light (ok I don't like it, but it's a big brand name and probably tastes better than that Finale Cola crap!) and Cadbury's Caramel bars!!! I have seen Curly Wurlys there before quite often, but this was the first time I saw caramel bars. I was mucho happy and promptly bought a pack to support their efforts, even though I'm trying to cut back on chocolate. Ooh just remembered, they also had peanut M&Ms too!! I don't like nuts much myself, but hurray for the effort! it's strange how in England I was against big corporate brands, consumerism etc, but here, I'm happy for a bit of familiarism.
I was pretty surprised just cos Penny never seem to stock major brands and now all this! Yey!
(Have been drinking wine, please excuse this post!)

I bought The Bru 2 weeks ago in Pomeroy and Winterbottom. It sells out fast so he doesn't always have it in though :S
BRUUU mmm WKD was such a good idea... alcohol, sugar rush and caffeine high all in 1 drink! And those Irn bru refresher-type chewy bars mmm.

Plus does Wunderbars as well. Bit strange I grew up with them in Canada and then had to wait until my 30s for them to reach Germany.
