hello all,

i am an englishman living in berlin, and i love to teach music. i am primarily a drummer, i studied jazz at the birmingham conservatoire for 4 years and achieved my BMus (hons) 1st class degree 2 years ago. my drum teaching covers all styles, and i am happy to teach all ages at all ability levels.
i also play jazz piano to a fairly high standard, and have a good knowledge of how jazz harmony and theory works. i can teach the introductions to piano in a more classical sense, but my heart really lies in the jazz/improvised field, not to discount the importance of reading music and knowing the theory.

so, if you want to get into playing jazz piano, or drums of any style, or just want to learn some musical basics, i can sort you out. i'm an easy going friendly sort of a chap, and i work hard for not very much money.
