English football on Premiere

Why only the 'big four' this season?

Can anyone tell me why Premiere have stopped showing as many English Premier League games this season? Last season I got all the Sky & Setana games plus a 3 o'clock (UK) kick-off game. However, so far this season it's only been games involving the so called "big" 4.

Cost vs. benefits. Simple. Hull vs Wigan is not going to pull many German viewers. SO paying an arm and a leg for it is not going to be a good business plan.

Yeah, Premiere's English football package has really gone downhill. Last year we used to get 3 games on a Saturday! What a day!! So far this year even games like Spurs vs. Villa (tonight) are not on. Bit of a shame but I guess the viewing figures were just too low last year.
