English-language playgroup - Stockach/Konstanz

Hi,

we have just moved back here from British Columbia with two little kids (2 and 5), whose English now is much more impressive than ours ... We would love to meet other families with young children who speak English, know how to sing "row, row, row the boat", miss Halloween, etc. We live in Stockach but would be happy to travel.

We have a group in Konstanz where children between 3 and 6 who can already speak quite a good English meet once a week and talk and play with a Native Speaker

Hello - we will be moving back from the States in about 2 weeks. We will be living in Wangen/Allgaeu. I would love to get together and speak English. Our son is 2.5 years old - I would love if he could continue to hear and speak English. Let me know if you are interested or if you have heard from any other playgroups.

after living in Canada, California and New Zealand for more than 13yrs, we are about to move back to Germany with our 3.5 yr old daughter and 11mth old son. We are looking for jobs in the greater Bodensee area but will be starting out in Tuttlingen. I plan on speaking English with the kids also for my own sake as my work is and will primarily be in English. I am keen on starting an English speaking play group or meet for play dates. Since we haven't decided yet on a town to live in, any advice on where to find English speaking communities would be much appreciated.

I am not too keen on teaching English to a group of children. We will move to Radolfzell-Boehringen this August. Is there an English playgroup in Radolfzell or Konstanz that we could join? It would be really nice for the kids to interact with other native English speaking children. Any information is appreciated.

We just moved back to Germany from the Seychelles and both our children are fluent in english. I would like to join an english speaking playgroup. They are both 5 years old and we live in Kressbronn.

Hi Birgit,

we have started a playgroup in the Radolfzell/Singen area. So far, we have met at each others houses but we are considering opening up the group to others and are looking for a room. Would this end of the lake be too far for you? How old are your kids?
