Life in the town of Fritzlar

If so does anyone know what it is like to live there? It is one of our options to move to next year.

According to Google Maps it is in Hessen, nearish to Kassel.

Hi, I lived in Fritzlar when I was little (2 to 5 years old). I still sometimes go there when I visit my mum who lives in Kassel. I think it is a very cute town with lots of typical "Fachwerk" houses. There are still several towers and pieces of the former city wall. Send me a PM if you want to find out more.
