Flights Munich-Hamburg

Hi Im looking to go from Hamburg to Munich and back on the 20th December until the 4th January. Have been able to find Lufthansa (162€) and DBA (172€) but no other airlines or charter companies that fly between the two. Would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can offer. Like which websites, airlines or travel agencies that might give me a better deal.

Hiya. Do a forum search for Just Travel, an agency keydeck recommended a while back. Myself and other TTers -except honeymooners- generally have done well with them.

dude that is a deal right there. it will not be getting any cheaper than that. if that is too much for you have a look at the train or the mitfahrzentrale, but i cannot see you flying at this time of year for less than 162 euros

No i thought that wasnt to bad either but always help to be cheaper if poss! Thanks for advice, any other thoughts?

if you wanna give the train a go, get down to the HBF and go into the "Reisezentrum", and go through the options with them. they are there to give advice and that and not just sell tickets, so its no bother if you are there 5-10 minutes going through the options. and they will no all the deals and reductions you can get (big money reductions if you can fix the trains you want to use in advance). there are english speakers there, just look for the language flags at each desk!
