Hello all,

I just started my job as an engineer in a consulting company ..They do In-house projects as well as employer Assignment.. MNC showed interest in my profile for a project to my co., i mean they want to borrow me for a project.. I think this is called as Arbeitnehmerüberlassung ..Being not from germany, my work permit states that "Arbeitnehmerüberlassung nicht gestattet "., now what does this mean?

Am I allowed to work only on In-house projects?

Cant I work for some other company, if my company wants?

googling gave me this reply, which i couldnt understand sad.gif.. ->> http://www.frankfurt-main.ihk.de/recht/the...sung/index.html

I appreciate any reply.Thanks .

Cheers,
minga

It means "Arbeitnehmerüberlassung" is not permitted.

You should talk to the Arbeitsamt to get this sorted. Why not get in touch with them through your employer?
