English language beginner books...

I haven't been to the 2nd hand English bookshop here in Munich, so this is a general question for those that have been. Do you happen to know if they carry "easy reader" type English books? For people learning English, not for children learning to read.

I didn't see any, but I wasn't looking for them either. Why don't you mail the owner, Dave Dowdy? Or PM him, he's a member here too. I know they're working on a database of all their stock but I don't know when it'll be online. persimmon was worked on it, I bet she knows the stock pretty well...

Hey Showen, I did look in the lang area as I was looking for some books to help me learn German. They do have some books for learning English, but they are VERY old. At least this is what I saw about 3 weeks ago when I went there. He does get new stuff in all the time, so you never know, maybe they have gotten something in since then. Would be worth the email to Dave, he was a very helpful person when I was there looking for books.
