Hi all!

I have a health insurance by Klemmer-International Assekuranz GmbH, is an insurances for visitor/languages students etc. I dont have an insurance electro-card, just paper prints. Lately I am feeling a bit weak, and I will like to visit a general doctor for a general check up. How to do it with this kind of insurance? Anyone have experience? I need to pay before and then write to the insurance? Or I should visit a hospital? I have no idea where to go, what to do first?

Thanks all for your help!

I would contact the insurance company, tell them I don“t feel well, and ask how it all works - surely they are the best people to be able to tell you!
Get well soon!

Asolutely - call them and ask. They might direct you to a preferred provider and if you dont follow the rules, rack up a bill after without their consent, they may refuse to pay.

In any case, "Klemmer International" is not an insurance company, just a broker.
