Meet-ups for moms in Göttingen

Hi,

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have a group of english-speaking moms with babies that meets a couple of times during the week for coffee or walks. Non-moms are okay, too! We usually meet in the early afternoon in town for a couple of hours, but we don't have a set time or day.

I was just searching the internet to see if by any chance there would be an english speaking community in Göttingen, hopefully with children and bingo!
I am a 22 year old american mom living not far from Göttingen, I have two 2 year old boys and I would really like to get to know other english speaking families.

I read in another post that there are two playgroups in Göttingen. Shouldn't we get them together somehow?

When would the next meetings be? Of either group...

I hope you have heard about Hometown soul cafein Göttingen. If not, then take a look at the link that i have provided. This cafe has been mentioned in TT many times. It's an one of a kind place. A place where you can hang out, bring your kid(s), borrow a book from the shelves (ca.4000 books are there), life time membership, borrowing fee is all free, meetups for cooking recepies, live sports on the TV etc etc. Just drop in at the cafe, meet the owner, a really nice guy.
