if you wanna play ball then best outdoor courts that I seen so far is at Arabella Park at the U-Bahn come the way out where the escalators to your right hand side go upwards.
Go to the right hand side or well even the left hand side when u reach top of stairs carry on going straight. About 5 mins walk or so n you'll see courts to the right...and the left! The one that has two bball rims is part of a school but im sure its public even though theres fencing, lol. The other ones I think thats four streetball kinda nets pretty decent.

The court at back of Giseselastrasse is basically crap took me flppin ages to find, the basketball rim n everything is okay but the ground is just crap.
