12 Pubs of Christmas 2004

You are cordially invited to the "12 Pubs of Christmas 2004" experience. Unlike certain projects this endeavor will start and finish on time.

What is entailed in the "12 Pubs of Christmas"?

You now have to make a decision. Do I take the blue pill or do I take the red pill? If you take the blue pill life will remain the sameand this experience will have passed you by. If you take the red pill then you will encounter alife changing experience. You alone will beresponsible for making that choice and theconsequences that choice will bring. If you decide to take the blue pill please delete this mailIf you decide to take the red pill please read on to find the 'answer to the question'.

Simply read the rules below and check out the schedule.

It takes place this Friday, the 3th December 2004 at 18:00 sharp. Anyone who is late will be subjected to the 2 shot penalty!!!

Rules:

1) A drink in each pub is defined as one of the following:-

500ml of a beer of your choice (ie.Helles/Weissbier/Cider/etc.) Double shot of spirits with a mixer of your choiceLong-neck bottle of beer + 1 shot of your Choice (neat).

2) Santa hats are compulsory. The two shot penalty (see rule 10) will be strictly enforced for those not wearing Santa hats.

3) Any persons found leaving the pub without finishing their drink will suffer the penalty of oneshot and forfeit the reminder of their beverage, proceeding directly to the next pub.

4) No rugby tackles or scrummaging allowed before the halfway mark. No snogging allowed at all.

5) 2 shot penalty for singing before the halfwaymark.

6) Puke specimens can only be entered for thepuking competition after the halfway mark.

7) No stripping or mooning before the halfway mark.

8) Absolutely no pub skipping. 2 shot penalty applies for pub skippage and/or in pub slippage orspillage, multiplied by a factor of 2 for each subsequent pub skippage, slippage or spillage.

9) No urinating on snow covered pathways. Policearrest disqualifies the arrested party from the puking contest.

10) The two shot penalty consists of either 2 shots of Jagermeister or 2 shots of Captain Morgans, or a mixture of both.

11) The ruling of the Committee is final. All penalties are levied at the discretion of the committee. Any change to the aforementioned rules must be ratified by the committee.

The Committee consists of several people who identities are only known to the select few. Therefore if any infraction of the rules takes place, your unscrupulous behavior will be spotted immediately and the appropriate penalties will be imposed accordingly

Due to its cultural importance within the fabric of Munich society, the 12 pubs of Christmas franchise will have a live mobile satellite linkup with other pioneering groups across the world. Any new cities wishing to take part will have to contact The Committee forthwith for immediate processing of their application. We promise to process this in a speedy and efficient manner.

@munich_phantom, sounds messy! and complicated! 18:00 it is then!

Would love to join, but have a party at the P1 that night. Sounds like fun, did a similar thing last year in Amsterdam -69 pubs in 4 nights (23 started only 3 finished).

seems like not too many people attending this event as of yet! definitely will try and make it but i must at 2230 go to the central train station and pick someone up... and then re-join the group.. if i am subject to the penalty.. apologies...

some will be at GMs for the beginning... for an after work / study drink since it is weekend!!! and the drive for other pubs may begin after that..

Seeing as I got some PM's about this one, maybe a clarification is needed.

The one tonight is a different event.
The one on the 18th will go ahead, where we will get the bus (public transport) and go to a bar, then crawl back on the bus and pop along to the next one.
