I saw it for sale in ATU on Landsberger Str last week. There's a couple of ATU garages dotted around München

There's a German WD-40 site, but it doesn't appear to be working at the moment...

They sell it in V-Markt and seem to remember seeing it in Obi too.

Whatever you do, DON'T use it on your bike - there's a thread on here somewhere about that...
Hellcat
really?? what about a bike lock?

I think that was with regard to spraying it all over a car engine (not a good idea) - Any Mechanics in the house?

I don't see any harm on a bike lock to loosen it up a bit, but I am not a WD-40 expert either. ask Drivinwest, he's got a handle on it. wink.gif

I have seen it pretty much in every WD40 type shop that I would expect to find it in (Toom, OBI etc...)

Very handy stuff indeed when used for the right thing smile.gif Repels water (works a treat on old manky Mini distributors - for a while - as a quick get you home fix), nice for cleaning gunky stuff off, stopping rusting and loosening stuff etc.. like it says on the tin (I believe).

Dont use it too much as a lubricant tho.. can work ok as one for some things but not the best for heavy duty lubrication IME.

They sell it at Hein Gericke and I use it on my bike.

Use it on your bike if you're riding a street bike - one that you don't mind leaving at a UBahn station. Don't use it on your prized 2000€ road or mountain bike.

Oops okay, you mean one of those bikey things with pedals and stuff wink.gif
With you there.
LFF
the sell it in kusterman

Don't put WD40 in locks.. Yes it will work for a little while but will begin
to gum up (even worse), this is also why you don't put it on bike chains..
They have Special chain oil for this...

As for the locks, what you want to use to keep your locks working great
is Spray Graphite. Usually come in small cans, and that 1 small can will
last many years...
