Dear Friends

I've received a fellowship from an international broadcaster in Germany. The document which I've received states -

""we want to inform you thai conditional upon obtaining a Residence Permit with Work Permit for
the Federal Republic of Germany we are prepared to otter you employment for an intemship
for the period starting on 1st September 2008 and ending on 28 February 2009.""

I will be paid during the period of my stay. So

1- Would you please suggest which VISA application form do I have to fill in..(internship for long term stay or Employment form)

2-Ive learnt that Travel health insurance is required for a stay of 90 days..I'll be there for 180 days and will take a health insurance once I'm in Germany.
So Do I need a travel insurance just for the VISA application.

I would really appreciate your advice.
