Care Concept's College Care health insurance

OK, this is really getting to my head and I'm considering just moving the fark to the UK where everything is fine and dandy..

I'm a farking Aussie in the process of moving to Konstanz on a Working Holiday Visa. I've got a flat, I've registered at the Bürgerbüro and everything was farking fine until today when I went to get my WHV. To cut a long story short, Care Concept's College Care policy isn't sufficient to get the visa.. The BBW at the Ausländerbehörde told me I needed College Care Plus, which is 20€/month more..

So, is she lying to me? I just want to know if I should just go in again and hope for a different visa person, or if I should spend the extra 240€..

Any replies that quench my agonising anxiety over this will have my deepest gratitude :-D

brentx: the problem is that each and every Ausländeramt follows their own rules and the legislation is fuzzy at best. Unless you want to spend a lot of money on a lawyer, my recommendation is to go with the flow....
It could be that the coverage of the College Care does not appear sufficient in one area or the other and that the Plus concept fulfill this requirement... but another immigration office might decide differently without anyone understanding the whys and whats.
