Hello:
I will be traveling with my wife from Budapest (I'm American , she just became a US citizen) to Oktoberfest this fall. We would like to travel also to Stuttgart to the Cannsatter Volksfest for we are Kirmes Freaks...we would like train information, ie; types of trains, cost ect.. to get there from munich and back. Anymore helpful tips would be great. Thank You.

We travelled from munich to stuttgart last year. Very comfortable train. 2hrs 20mins roughly. Cost around 45 euros (booked 3 weeks before). Straight into central station.
