Yes you do. Make sure you click "add reply" and not "fast reply", then look to the bottom right of the text field.

Go download Paint.Net. It's freeware and an excellent basic version of Photoshop which is easy to learn and very intuitive. With that you can easily change the quality and size of your pictures so that they're under the 80K picture limit. Resize your photos to around 400px max either vertical or horizontal and then when you save, set the JPG quality to around 70-80 which is more than adequate for furniture. Bingo! You can upload.
You could also upload the pics to a gallery on photobucket, flickr, or any of a dozen other photo hosting sites out there and link to that.
