How to watch American late night shows in Germany

Is there a way to get the David Letterman or Jimmy Kimmel show in Germany over the Internet or TV??

I may be wrong, but my only sources are www sites like:
cartalk.com
comedycentral.com
youtube.com

Only Jay Lenno is shown (at least on the few evenings I watch the US channels on cable)

Conan is also shown.

This Dutch website links to files downloadable with BitTorrent:

This site used to host files via rapidshare, but it recently changed something in the way it links to files:

Both sites require free registration.

You need to get a slingbox and a DVR; however, you will need to hook it up to a US TV.
