Hey folks,
Was wondering if I could pick yer noggins and find out if any of you have experienced longer than usual shipping times between shops from UK to here in Germany. Reason I'm asking is cause i bought some cool threads from chemical-records.co.uk and they say that shipping will normally take 3-10 days but i should allow up to 28 in case of customs etc...
Well since we are in the EU, there is no customs and i've bought from them many times but this is the first time it's taken so long so I'm a little worried. You are all probably wondering why I am asking here when I should be speaking with them. Well they said they can't do anything until after 28 days and there is no tracking order so I guess in short I should be patient but we are now on day 15...
Anyways hope i'm not ranting too much, just lookin for some answers from anyone that might have experienced this before.
Thanks!!!

Has never taken me that long (with Play.com orders and they do have to go through customs) but I would still try not to be worried. That they have to wait a certain period of time until they can do something about a lost shipment is normal, I think with Play it is 21 days.

I have never experienced more than 5 days from play. Although having just ordered something, it will probably take longer now that i have said that.
Just received my new mountain bike from Ireland, it took just over 48 hours :-)
