How to get a work permit as an English teacher

I have tried to answer so many of the web posts on this site.

ALL of them state that I need a work permit or they cannot help meto get a job.

How do i Get a work permit if I cannot get a company to sponsor me.

If anyone knows how I can get a work permit, or a company who will sponsor a TEFL TESL Teacher with a 10 year Business Background

That's the problem. There are hundreds of TEFL accredited EU teachers looking for jobs.
Might not be too easy for him/her
