The TT chat forum will be offline later tonight for a couple of hours. This is for a software upgrade.
From around 9pm Sunday, July 6, 2008 until around midnight or so, possibly a bit later.
The upgrade won't bring any new features, it's just to improve the speed, security, and fix a few minor bugs.

Starting in August gas stations will close as well. Also, all sidewalks will be rolled up from Saturday 10pm to Monday 7am.

I get a lot of database access errors. Like there are a few posts which I can't see and the gallery is not working and a few other things.

Same problems here and also using Firefox.
Yep, same here. Keeps giving me an ISP Driver Error message.
It's not just Firefox, I'm unfortunate enough to have to use IE at work and I keep getting the IPS Driver Error message.
IE is also showing the same ISP Driver Error.
I guess we'll have to wait until it's all up and running as usual again.

I'm seeing lots of duplicate posts using IE. Some of the post formatting is wonky too (too much white space under text, etc). Good luck getting it all sorted.
Following this madcap rant, I did a search for rules about editing and got a "Fatal Error" message from the given link.
