Buying a property from a construction company

Hello everyboy,

I booked a property which I discovered later belongs to a construction company.

Did anybody have this experience?

is there a way to purchase this property and have the choice to go with any other building company?

What do you mean "booked a property"?

You mean neubau building that you're buying from the builder? Be very, very, very careful...
