Hello,

I and my girlfriend are coming in the end of August to master and we have a little situation : we have to attend to German language courses starting from 1 September and we find out if we will have dorm rooms just in late september.

We searched for 1 month accommodation in Aachen but couldn't find a agency nor a particular person over the web.

Can you help us with this, please?

Best regards and thank you in advance !

I'm assuming you're studying in Aachen since you said you've been looking for housing there. Bonn may be a bit far away to live if you don't have a car. You will have to take the train to Köln, then transfer to Aachen.

I will be enrolled at RWTH Aachen. We have already applied for dorms.

However, we have to come in Aachen at the end of August and attend a one month German language course before the university year starts on 1st of October. Even if we receive a room in a dorm, we cannot move in before 1st of October.

My problem is to find accommodation between the end of August and 1st of October. We were thinking about renting an apartment during this period, but we couldn't find that kind of short term accommodation over the net. We even wrote to a list of immobilien agencies in Aachen but none of them answered.

I find it hard to believe there are no holiday flats in Aachen which can be rented for only a month period.

Hello!

We have contacts for a room which you can rent on short or long term for 120 Euro per month (single) in which the landlady would only rent out to students.

If im not wrong, its located rather near the Uni you mentioned, just a little bus ride.

If you like, we could check if the room is available for you. Perhaps it will costs a little more if 2 persons are sharing the room.

Please let us know if you are keen.

Regards.
