Possible move from Australia to Augsburg/Munich

I just found this website and am very excited. I have lived in germany for school and again for Uni but now i am stuck in Sydney working and dreaming of going back to live and work in Augsburg or Munich yet have no idea how to find a real job, what visa i would need, etc. I speak fluent German and i work in administration. I would love to hear how others have organised their way/jobs so i could have some idea how to build my own plan. Please feel free to share any tips,info,help,stories it would be much appreciated

As well as being a chat forum this place is a mine of already-discussed info, so its best to search first. The search function is in the top right hand corner; key words like visa, permit, job etc will bring up oodles of stuff.
