Concert: Slayer, Mastodon, Trivium @ Zenith

Anyone feel like going to see Slayer, Mastodon and Trivium? I'm new here, but I saw the first two bands in the San Francisco area last year. What can you say? Slayer's always good, and Mastodon is one of the major upcoming metal bands. Let me know if you want to join me there...

I've been a bit busy & haven't checked the forum for a while. Never been to Zenith (just moved here), so not sure how fast it sells out. Tickets are 49,50 euro. I'll get myself one this week. Let me know if you want to meet up before the concert.

50 bucks whoa... but slayer are too good to miss and trivium aren't bad either.

Yes, 50 bucks. It's pricy. How much does a beer do here at a concert? In California you pay at least $7 for some diluted Coors light. Bastards. But I guess it's much less here, so overall the spendin' may be equal.

not sure at the zenith but 3-4 bucks tops. Zenith is a big venue so tix should last awhile, but reckon its sold out a month ahead.

i'd be interested in seeing Trivium on their own, but I find this unholy alliance a bit too unholy for my tastes hehe

and for the record, Mastodon were VERY average...and sounded like ass in the Zenith when they were Tool's support in 2006

By the way, on the 29th of November, Slipknot, Machinehead and CHILDREN OF BODOM are playing. I definitely have to go there. I want to see COB for too long already. I'll place a separate post in the next couple of weeks.

haven't got a tick yet, as I'm short of cash right now, but I will definately go...As for the COB and Machine Head, they're must-sees, so I'll probably go there, too...Just for the supports^^
