Shamrock Irish Bar is my favourite pub in Hamburg. All the staff speak almost perfect English or are English. They have great Guinness - far too good for the waistline. There's a well supported pub quiz on Tuesday nights at 21:00 and they show all the top sports on both BIG Screen and TVs. Whether it's Rugby, Football, Golf - whatever - if they have it, you can watch it.
