David Opperman is an American Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He lives in Germany and specializes in the US tax needs of Americans abroad. He can assist with federal and state income tax preparation. David can also help with IRS problems, and provide advice to non-Americans who have US financial interests.
Note that all American citizens, regardless of whether they live in the United States or abroad, are required to file US income tax returns. This requirement exists even when all income earned is from a foreign business or employer.
Non-US citizens may also be required to file a US tax return if they have business interests or income sources in the United States.
