California 101 - Hamburg

The owners of California 101 have not modified the menu for German tastes. When it says Californian/Mexican cuisine that is what you get; but you will see Germans eating a hamburger with a knife and fork. Free Buchholz tap water is on the menu.

The food is very good and reasonably price. The owners are friendly and also expat Americans. We have eaten there often and I've never heard a complaint. Other restaurants have come and gone in this location, California 101 has proven itself and stayed.

Thanks for the compliments! Current opening hours- Monday-Friday 5.30p.m. - 10.00 p.m.(10.30 on Fri) Saturday 12.00 - 10.30 p.m. and Sunday 12.00 - 9.00 p.m. New on weekend: American Style Omelettes Ask for Christina or Elfi when you come. One of us is almost always there. English menus available.
