Help needed with lettering tattoo

I'd be happy if one of you could help me with a better translation/idea.

One of my customers wants the English version of the following sentence as a tattoo:

Verlierst du deine Motivation, verlierst du deinen Willen. Verlierst du deinen Willen, verlierst du alles.

I tried to persuade him to leave it in German, but I wasn't succesful. He's a soldier and the whole thing will be done in a military-style stenciled lettering. Since it doesn't need to be a literal translation I'd be glad if the translation was shorter.

I thought of something along the lines of

If you lose focus, you lose perseverance. If you lose perseverance, you lose everything.

Any ideas?

Lose your Drive, you lose your Will. Lose your Will, you lose Everything.

Thanks!

Nice and short. Is the capitalization in this case a kind of "poetic" capitalization, like in song titles?

Yeah, I guess. It just looked right. Like a tattoo is supposed to be?

Lose your Drive, you lose your Will. Lose your Will, you're lost.

Just a thought.

Lose your Drive, you lose your Will. Lose your Will, you lose Everything.

This will have a nice flow optically, the capitalization of Everything supports the ellipsis visually, while the apostrophe below would interrupt the flow. The shortness supports the "ending", though.

Lose your Drive, you lose your Will. Lose your Will, you're lost.

On the other hand, I could turn the apostrophe into a bullet hole.

Thanks, Moondancer and Sarabyrd. Very much appreciated. I think I have to scribble both to decide which one looks better.

Sounds like a perfect anal tattoo, actually.
