Every year the same questioned is asked, where to watch it?

I just saw on the website of Feuerberg that they are showing it on their big screen, you can reserve on their site

Like last year you also have the big Super Bowl Party 2012 in Kultfarbic

Other places that might show it are B7 Sportsbar or Champions Bar in Marriott

I am sure there might be other places

Hey there,

I know that most places show the game on SKY, which means no commercials from the States. Seeing as how the commercials make up about 50% of the game, and are at time more entertaining than the game, does anyone know of a bar that is showing the American broadcast, with commercials?

Thanks :)

Many only watch it for the commercials.

These can be watched separately, anytime you want on youtube without having to watch the game

Here's a few links to the local news in Indianapolis. The Super Bowl Village is open (for 25 bucks per adult) now. These pages will show all of the activities available to those that want to experience the NFL. I don't know if they will have a live stream of the game though as I believe there are restrictions for that.

WTHR The NBC local affiliate that will broadcast it

Local Paper, The Indy Star

WISH tv - another local station

So I have not been in Munich that long and definitely not when there was a Super Bowl. Do you guys have a meetup to watch the game or is everyone just on their own for where they go?

ESPN America does not show the regular broadcast commercials you would normally see in the US. It does show commercials, but they are for other ESPN shows. They also show nice nostalgia clips from previous super bowls and regular season highlights.

Well then I apologize for the misinformation that I was given and passed on to y'all.

Then the 28€ charge now seems mighty steep.

So where is the best to go???

Hard Rock Cafe is 28€ (according to Laniac)

Feuerberg is no longer accepting reservations (so that is a no go)

B7 Sportsbar has a burger buffet for 10.90€ but no statement on cover charge

Champions Bar in Marriott, can't find the details

Kennedy's Irish Pub has no cover charge

Tonhalle has a 8€ cover charge

Padres, the website is difficult for me to read

Is there anyone going to any of these who wouldn't mind some company?

You still get the original commentary and the full halftime show. Everything is the same, except for the commercials.

Frickin' frackin' Cowboys choked AGAIN! At least the Eagles didn't make the playoffs either, and the Steelers choked too. I guess I'll have to root for the Patriots to beat the EVIL Giants (I guess that'll score brownie points with my wife since she's a Beantown girl)!

How about Nürnberg locations? Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?
