The world's most annoying living German will be in Munich next week. Daniel Kueblboeck will be at the Mathaeser cinema on Wednesday 11th August 2004 to present his first film: Daniel - Der Zauberer. Daniel plays himself, a teenage superstar who is loved by millions and hated by just as many. The storyline is of two jealous fans who decide to assasinate Daniel during a concert in Passau. Daniel, together with the help of a guardian angel, attempts to disarm his would-be attackers through the power of love and positive energy. If you wish to catch a glimpse of the man himself you should get down to the Mathaeser for 6pm. Word on the street is that although Daniel currently lives in Berlin he'll soon be moving to Munich. Originally he's from the small town of Eggenfelden, 45 Km east of Munich. ...

I heard a rumour that the annoying little bollix is going to be moving into my street! That'll be the final proof that the area has gone right to the dogs / been overly yuppieified.

Which street would that be, pray tell? Bogenhausen is the usual destination for those types, isn't it? That or Grünwald.

Nah Jack, my street is in Glockenbach. If the little sh*t effed off to Grünwald that would be fine, or better yet stay in Berlin or get PROPERLY run over by a truck full of gherkins next time!

there was something in Das Bild today saying that only 5500 people went to see his film. And they are calling him a flop. Surprising ?

I noticed that also. Here's the link: tz - Kueblboeck. Throughout the first weekend a grand total of 5,500 people in the whole of Germany went to see the movie. It's showing at the Mathaeser but has been put in the smallest hall they have (164) seats. Even there most showings are more than half empty.

He should have learnt his lesson from Britney Spears. What was her film called? Crossroads or something.
