Despite some debate, there is something called Norwegian cuisine. The dinner menu at Munch's Hus is reasonably priced with most dishes falling about 10 - 14 Eur.

I had some kjottkaker - which are basically a meatball with brown gravy, some kind of berries and boiled potatoes on the side. It was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Dessert was a splurge - vanilla ice cream and blueberry crepes - also quite good.
