Gorki Park - Berlin

this place was directly opposite the hostel I was staying in last weekend. pretty cool place, basically a modern funky bar 'soviet style'. Good selection of drinks and russian dishes, offered a very interesting looking sunday brunch all u can eat buffet

I know this place as well and go there sometimes. I like this street block at Rosenthaler Platz. It's especially nice when you can sit outside, even in the rain under their awnings. I live in Prenzl' Berg and so I meet my Kreuzberger friends at this place because it's the perfect half-way point between the two districts. If it's full you can go right next door. Afterwards walk up the street past the park to get ice cream at "Glücklich im Park".
