I came all the way from Edinburgh (Scotland) and I was not disappointed!

I've been here several times, often with famous people or with film premiere parties, and it seems that's the only way you get treated well at this place. Service can be pretty cold or condescending if you are just yourself/anonymous/not Nadja Auermann. Beyond that, the food is fine and space is beautiful. Would I go here if it were not the treffpunkt for industry types? No way, there are so many other places with better food and environments just a beautiful.

A best man booked this place for 12 English stags who'd been drinking fairly heavily Friday night and all day Saturday. The theme for the stag was Moustaches so we arrived in high spirits sporting a variety of genuine and mock facial hair. After a heated discussion amongst ourselves whether this place was really right (and a near drunken scuffle outside) we were shown to our table in the cellar. We were treated like the objectionable buffoons they took us for and served our Chateaubriand, late, luke warm and without regard to how we'd asked for it to be cooked. It was however delicious. Once we'd broken (accidentally) some glassware and berated them for shoddy service, they took our 900 Euro and showed us the back door like common oafs. Hilarious!
