This claims to be Ceylonese, which is the old name for Sri Lanka, but as far as I'm concerned its the best Indian in Nürnberg. They do Ayuverdic cuisine, and have some nice thalis. They have a spiciness rating from 0-6 so you're assured a consistent spiciness.
If anybody actually enjoys level 6 please post here and boast. I'm never going beyond 5.5 again!
