Libanon Restaurant has the best falafel in Düsseldorf. Everything else I have tried has also been great too - very standard Lebanese fare, done exactly as you hope. The service is fantastic, and the restaurant is pretty and spacious. On the other hand, if you're not in the mood for luxury you can eat, or take-out, the same yummy food next door at the Libanon Express. And next to that is a loungy Libanon Pastry Shop where you can have a Shisha. There is an English menu available.
