Tucked away in a little street near the Börse, Higematsu is a restaurant that offers a full menu of Japanese specialities: from sushi to tempura, via yakitori and soba, sashimi and teppan. Just as a little reminder that there is more to Japanese cuisine than little pieces of raw fish going round and round on a conveyor belt.
