Ha-Long-Bucht is a Vietnamese restaurant in Cologne Sulz. I visited as a Valentine's treat. The summer rolls were the highlight for me and we took the option to roll our own. Dishes come with a plate of rice paper disks, a bowl of warm water and a basket of varying herbs, bean sprouts and lettuce. The herbs were all fresh and the crispy chicken I had was delicious. If you can't be bothered rolling your own you can have them premade or go for some of the other dishes. Service quite good. Drinks reasonable priced. Expect an average of 40 euros for two people.
